THE 340B ASSOCIATE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE 340B PROGRAM FOR OUTPATIENT DRUG PURCHASES AND THE RETAIL CONTRACT PHARMACY PROGRAM. Other information: QUALIFICATIONS: CURRENT PENNSYLVANIA LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE OR PHARMACY TECHNICIAN OR TEMPORARY PERMIT TO START, THEN HAS 90 DAYS TO OBTAIN LPN REQUIRED. AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE OF THE 340B PROGRAM AND DEMONSTRATES KNOWLEDGE OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS TO COMPLY WITH THE PROGRAM.
