Conduct research, generate comparisons, draw conclusions, and validate recommendations to drive transformational change. Align business actions and deliverables with enterprise strategies and provide insights to guide business/technical direction. Collaborate across multiple teams to manage and improve business, quality, system, and customer experience processes. Provide practice, discipline, and technical guidance to stakeholders and team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with practice owners and discipline leads to ensure consistency in practices and delivery. Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to customers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within Property & Casualty insurance markets. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center. Knowledge of property casualty rating, policy coverages, and endorsements. Strong understanding of business processes, process analysis, and project management principles. SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
