NET Architect

Role: .NET Architect Boston MA (onsite) 6+ months Role Summary: Build the .NET Excel plugin and backend Analysis Service with scalable, event-driven components on AWS, integrating secure APIs and governed data delivery.Key Responsibilities: Develop .NET Excel Add-in: authentication, parameter UI, async refresh, robust error handling, and packaging/deployment. Build the Analysis Service (Python/.NET/Java as needed) exposing APIs; integrate caching and throttling; manage MCP Server integrations (as specified). Operate on AWS: services on ECS Fargate, serverless with Lambda, orchestration/events with EventBridge, notifications via SNS, storage on S3, and compute on EC2. Implement observability and RBAC; Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; manage secure secrets; Linux operations exposure. Required Skills and Experience: .NET (VSTO / Office JS or modern Office Add-ins) for Excel integrations. Python for service utilities; API services usage (REST); AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS Fargate, EventBridge, SNS). JIRA, Jenkins; Red Hat Linux exposure. 7-10+ years of software or data engineering experience.
