You'll work with engineers and fellow machinists to maintain efficient production, ensure top quality, and continuously improve processes. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines independently. Perform inspections and document results to meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve machining or process issues. Mentor peers and support workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and proactive work environment. Qualifications Associate's degree in Machining or equivalent experience. 2+ years of CNC machining experience (experience with Mori Seiki/DMG Mori preferred). Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement. Familiar with G-code/M-code and CMM/VCMM tools. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
