ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Vice President, Technology (SVP, Technology) is a critical value-creation leader for Eventus WholeHealth as it enters its next stage of organic and M&A growth. This executive will develop the Technology function for its next stage of growth, including strengthening the foundation, implementing a strategy and solidifying its readiness for scale across people, systems, and process. This includes owning the enterprise technology agenda and ensuring that systems, data, and platforms scale efficiently while enabling operational excellence, clinical quality, and EBITDA expansion. Depending on experience and organizational needs this role may be appointed at the C-suite level (e.g. , CTO). ROLE MANDATE Build a durable, repeatable technology foundation to scale organically and through M&A. This includes: Scale technology platforms to support multi-site growth, acquisitions, and integration. Improve operational efficiency, clinician productivity, compliance, and quality Enable data-driven management and real-time operational visibility Reduce complexity, cost, and risk through architectural discipline and vendor rationalization KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnterprise Software Architecture & Platform Strategy Architect and evolve a scalable, enterprise-grade technology ecosystem aligned with PE growth objectives Define a clear enterprise architecture roadmap balancing speed, integration readiness, long-term maintainability and costs Oversee systems including EHR, RCM, patient engagement, CRM, data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities Establish playbook and standards to minimize technical debt and enable rapid onboarding of acquired practices Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and resilient without overengineering Best-of-Breed Vendor Selection & Portfolio Management Lead software evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization Develop vendor strategies optimized for performance, cost, scalability, and exit optionality Own contract negotiation, SLAs, security oversight, and roadmap alignment Rationalize tools post-acquisition while maintaining flexibility Data, Analytics & Technology-Enabled Performance Improvement Build upon enterprise analytics capabilities Enable actionable insights across productivity, access, quality, and financial performance Embed analytics into core workflows, operating rhythms and management decision-making Lead data governance, quality, and platform scalability Champion responsible automation and AI to unlock operating leverage Healthcare Systems Leadership (EHR & Clinical Platforms) Own EHR technology strategy, optimization, and vendor relationships Improve clinician usability, adoption, and satisfaction Ensure integration with downstream systems Maintain compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT standards LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Build and scale a lean, high-impact technology organization Establish prioritization, accountability, and execution discipline Adhere to a strong operating rhythm Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and management team Maintain a hands-on posture while operating strategically IDEAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE 12+ years of progressive healthcare technology leadership Enterprise software architecture experience in regulated environments Proven success managing best-of-breed vendors Strong track record enabling data and analytics for operational improvement Direct ownership of EHR systems in multi-site settings Hands-on software development experience, ideally within regulated or complex environments, providing the technical depth to lead scalable, secure healthcare platforms Brings experience from a hyper growth business, scaling the technology function from foundational to maturity LEADERSHIP STYLE & ATTRIBUTES Balances strategic acumen with execution orientation.
