Job DescriptionJob Description:As an Events Assistant at Sonar Spark, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events that enhance our clients' brand visibility and engagement. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable event experiences. You will work closely with our events team to ensure each event is executed smoothly and meets our high standards.Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, schedules, and vendor management.Support event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently.Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all event details are confirmed and executed as planned.Manage event materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are organized and ready for use.Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure a successful outcome.Provide post-event support, including gathering feedback and preparing reports. Qualifications: QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
