Our diverse team leverages skills honed in the intelligence community, data analytics, financial services, and victim service provision. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Northern Virginia and work with partners across the United States. We provide partners with data, intelligence, and tactics to disrupt trafficking in illicit massage businesses (IMBs).Our solution is to attack the business model because trafficking exists for only one reason: it makes money.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Operations Administrator to provide core administrative and operational support to our CEO and organization.This role is foundational to how the organization functions day-to-day. The successful candidate will be a critical linkage in enabling the CEO’s effectiveness – particularly in fundraising, board engagement, and external relationships – while also ensuring that essential operational and administrative work is handled consistently and well.The role reports to the President, with the CEO as a primary internal client. This structure is intentional and designed to provide clarity, support, and strong operational alignment.This is not a Chief of Staff or strategy role. It is designed for someone who takes pride in administrative excellence, follow-through, and operational stability.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant to the CEO (≈50%)The Executive Assistant responsibilities focus on protecting the CEO’s time, improving follow-through, and supporting high-stakes work.Responsibilities include:• Comprehensive calendar management and scheduling• Travel coordination and logistics• Expense report preparation and reconciliation• Inbox support and correspondence management, as appropriate• Meeting preparation, materials coordination, and follow-up tracking• Supporting CEO effectiveness in fundraising and development activities, including:• Scheduling donor meetings• Preparing briefing materials• Coordinating logistics and follow-ups• Board of Directors support, including:• Scheduling and meeting logistics• Preparing and organizing board materials• Managing document distribution and version control• Acting as a trusted administrative partner to the CEO, exercising discretion and sound judgmentOrganizational Administration (≈50%)The organizational administration responsibilities ensure smooth, consistent execution of core administrative and operational functions.Responsibilities include:• General administrative and operational support across the organization• HR administrative functions, such a onboarding and offboarding support, maintaining personnel records and documentation• Managing organization mail, including going to the PO box (near our office) approximately twice per week• Vendor coordination and basic contract administration• Internal logistics support (meetings, travel coordination, team gatherings)• Supporting logistics and operations for occasional donor events and law enforcement convenings, including coordination with venues or hosts, scheduling, materials preparation, and on-the-ground administrative support as needed• Document management and administrative systems upkeep• Identifying and resolving routine operational issues before they escalate What This Role Is Not• Not a Chief of Staff• Not a strategy or program management role• Not a leadership development or rotational positionThis role is intentionally scoped to administrative and operational excellence.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:• Has strong experience as an executive assistant, administrative professional, or operations administrator• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable• Takes pride in supporting others and ensuring things run smoothly• Exercises discretion and good judgment with sensitive information• Communicates clearly and professionally• Enjoys being in a role that values consistency, follow-through, and reliability• Is interested in staying in this role for at least 2–3 yearsWe are not prioritizing candidates seeking rapid advancement into non-administrative roles.Qualifications• Embodies The Network’s core values (Courage, Excellence, Diversity, and Humility).• Strong alignment with The Network’s operating principles ( It’s not about us ; Partnership is scale ; Fortune favors the bold ).• 3+ years of relevant administrative or executive support experience (nonprofit experience a plus, not required)• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom)• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision• High level of professionalism and discretionWhy This Role MattersThis position is central to the organization’s effectiveness. Compensation & Commitment• Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000 , depending on experience• Full-time position• Designed as a stable, long-term roleThe Network offers competitive, comprehensive compensation and benefits that support your total well-being.
