EHS Manager

Company Overview A long-established global manufacturing organization specializing in the design, manufacture, and distribution of functional hardware, ergonomic solutions, and storage-related components for OEMs, specialty distributors, hardware chains, and major home centers. What You'll Do • Ensure company EHS policies comply with local, state, and federal regulations • Identify applicable health & safety regulations and risks while working cross-functionally • Provide leadership for Process Safety Management programs, procedures, and training • Investigate and analyze near misses, incidents, injuries, and trends; support root cause analysis • Participate in company health & safety audits • Work with outside vendors to manage cost and inventory • Coach and develop team members, identify talent, and create growth opportunities What You'll Bring • Minimum 10 years of experience in safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, or related field • 5+ years of experience leading safety teams • Experience applying Health & Safety Management Systems • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field • Strong technical proficiency: Microsoft Office, safety systems, Adobe, cloud ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) • Certifications preferred: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), First Aid/CPR • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
