Front End Developer

Position: Frontend Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Duration: Fulltime Salary: $100K - $120K/Year + BenefitsJob Description: Designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers, to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development Experience in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, redux, Fetch/Axios for API calls Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, Unit testing SEO best practices Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Developer at onsite should have customer facing experience Show work with offshore teams Excellent troubleshooting skills, problem solving and analytical skills Self-motivated - ability to work productively and stay on task with minimal supervision Should work collaboratively with IT and business team members to resolve the production issues Work with the onsite-offshore teams Strong organizational skills, communication skills, ability to understand and explain/write issues to customers/colleagues and users from both a technical and a business functional point of view.
