Injection Mold Machine Processor Tech - Third Shift

Looking for a steady third-shift role where your injection molding process skills actually matter - and you're trusted to own the floor? This third-shift role offers steady responsibility, independence on the floor, and a team that relies on you to keep production running smoothly. This position focuses on running setups, troubleshooting issues as they come up, and making sure each job hits quality and performance standards. You'll handle changeovers, support operators, and keep processes consistent throughout the shift. What you'll do • Run mold setups, startups, and dial-ins • Keep machines running efficiently with solid troubleshooting • Stage materials and verify job readiness • Support operators and provide relief when needed • Reduce scrap and improve consistency across jobs • Maintain clean, safe work areas • Program robots and load existing Auto-mode programs What you bring • Strong hands-on injection molding experience • Solid processing and troubleshooting ability • Ability to run setups independently • A steady, dependable work approach • Flexibility to work third shift • Reliable attendance and a team-focused mindset Physical expectations • Standing, bending, climbing, and lifting throughout the shift • Ability to work around hot equipment and moving machinery Why this role matters You'll play a key role in keeping production stable, improving processes, and supporting a team that values skill, reliability, and consistency.
