Position Summary ProVest is seeking a Process Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Enter a variety of data using current technology Prepare and sort documents for data entry Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes Review and enter data updates into systems Identify and review discrepancies in received data Communicate daily with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner (in person, by phone, or via email) Perform additional duties as required, including printing, scanning, and proofing documents Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller Serve as backup for team members during absences and assist other teams as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or related fields Excellent typing skills Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands and work environment characteristics described below are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
