Job Description: Job Title: Physical Therapist - Permanent Location: Sanford, NC 27330 Signing Bonus: Negotiable Shift Timing: Day Responsibilities of Physical Therapist : Delivers comprehensive physical therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring patient safety and minimizing medical errors. Conducts thorough assessments and evaluations, tailoring treatment plans for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients to optimize recovery. Implements, assesses, and adjusts physical therapy interventions for quality, safety, and effectiveness, providing recommendations to physicians as necessary. Coordinates comprehensive patient care, addressing pain management and functional interference, while adhering to hospital and departmental policies. Engages in continuous learning and shares expertise, maintaining accurate documentation of treatment and progress in medical records. Experience Required: Physical Therapist experience.
