Lead Java Developer Location- Charlotte, NC/ Phoenix, AZ/ Minneapolis,MN/ Iselin, NJ(Hybrid) Duration: 12+ MonthsNote- Manager is looking for solid candidates with Full Stack Java and or Python experience, with React/Angular on the front end and Mongo or SQL on the backend. Job Description: Client is looking for candidates that have 5 years of Full stack development experience, preference is Java with Front end and backend skills and understanding. Any on hands Gen AI experience is a plus Skills: Java, Spring, React/Angular, Mongodb, Gen AI Additional Skills: Continuous Improvement: Stay upto-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and suggest improvements to current processes and tools. Testing & Debugging: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. Required Qualifications: Proficiency: 5 plus years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines. Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, PyTest, or others. 4 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to largescale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an indepth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Pay Range: $70 - $75 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
