NURSE MANAGER / OPERATING ROOM

NURSE MANAGER - OPERATING ROOM / SURGICAL SERVICES Santa Monica, CA 165-240K + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation + Signing Bonus Two (2) years of recent department specific experience required. Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS Registered Nurse with current California RN license. Current BLS certification. ACLS certification. 3 year of leadership experience in the operating room within an acute care hospital CNOR and/or CPAN Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing California Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 3 years of Progressively responsible nursing management experience (leadership experience such as Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor) for the Operating Room within an acute care hospital Preferred qualification: CNOR and/or CPAN certification upon hire IDEAL CANDIDATE candidate must have at least 3 full year of leadership experience in the operating room within an acute care hospital Job Type: Full-time Salary: $165,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Relocation assistance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance
