Kansas City, MODedicated Truck Driver Weekend Reset. High PayingGet paid to stay active. This is a high-paying, home weekly dedicated position. Drivers hand unload trailers using rollers - no pallets or lumpers - making this a great opportunity for drivers who like to keep moving and stay fit while earning top pay. Job Highlights:Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset, typically including Saturday or Sunday Freight: 100% dry freight - no pallets or lumpers Loads: 2-3 loads per week, 4-5 stops per load Mileage: Average 1,600 miles per week Delivery Region: MO based lanes running through the midwest, as well as some ND & SD Start Times: Store deliveries begin around 5:00 AM; some night deliveries start at 11:00 PM Requirements:Valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old Applicants under the age of 23 cannot have more than 1 moving violation within the past 12 months and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 year Minimum 3 months of recent solo verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months Strong work ethic and reliability Must have a very good MVR, background and a stable job history NO SAP DRIVERS Must be able to pass BOTH hair AND urine tests Additional Experience Also Accepted: All experience must be verifiable T/T experience with at least a 40 foot trailer We WILL accept car hauling experience as long as it is at least a 40 foot trailer and pulling with a tractor that disconnects Local experience will count, as long as it was in a tractor trailer, longer than 40 feet T/T experience with a 26,001 lb trailer will count Pay & Bonuses$320 per load pay, averaging 2 loads per week Safe & On-Time Bonus: Up to 3% of mileage pay Mentor Pay: $220 per day (for 5 days) during training Average Weekly Pay: $1,610 ($83,000 annually) Top 10% Earn: $2,099 per week ($109,000 annually) 0.70 - 0.76 CPM Equipment & PerksTrucks can be taken home Operate from DC Late-model, well-maintained automatic equipment Full Benefits PackageWeekly pay & consistent home time Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, AD&D 401(k) participation & company match Paid Time Off & Bonus Incentives Unlimited Cash Referral Program Comprehensive driver support and training Paid orientation Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
