Job Summary: Provide financial and budgeting expertise to U.S. Army acquisition programs in a fast-paced product office environment. Deliver cost analysis and budget execution support to programs and integrated government teams. pply problem-solving mindset, forecasting skills, and data analytics expertise through clear, insightful cost analyses. Work full-time onsite in Huntsville, Alabama. Essential Functions: Provide initial planning documents, program and schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to Program/Product Directors and Integrated Product Teams. Support review of contractor proposal submittals, including hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs, and Work Breakdown Structure. Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) per Army and DoD policies. Develop and refine cost estimates by analyzing historical data and applying quantitative models, techniques, tools, and databases to predict future program costs. Conduct data collection to develop parametric cost estimates. Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) to develop cost models. Knowledge of DoD Acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements and acquisition policy. Functional Skills: Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Behavioral Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. bility to work as part of a team. Key Requirements: ctive Secret clearance required. Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, or Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
