The Apartment Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring resident satisfaction by maintaining high 'white-glove' standards. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to maintenance service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems Prepare apartments for new residents by completing unit turns, including painting, drywall repair, fixture installation, and general maintenance Assist with emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours on-call rotation as needed Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to read and write in English Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively A proactive and energetic approach to work Drivers License Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Join our team and contribute to creating a remarkable living experience for our residents!
