Summary:Meta is seeking a results-orientated, highly analytical Strategy Partner cManager to help drive the partnership with one of Meta's most critical partners. The Alliance Partnerships team is responsible for owning some of Meta's most impactful partnerships, and is the primary point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders across Meta. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires high levels of strategic thinking, problem solving and under high degrees of ambiguity, and extensive cross-functional leadership & influence. You will work on highly complex problems and opportunities, working closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and other teams. You will work on top priority new products and launches, incorporating product thinking, ecosystem strategy, and partnerships strategy into your work.Required Skills:Strategic Partner Manager Responsibilities: Help set and drive company strategy for a top platform provider across key product pillars Work cross-functionally to lead high-visibility projects incorporating long term product, policy, legal, marketing strategy across the portfolio of Meta apps and products Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive to decisions for highly complex problems, opportunities, and new product launches Develop expertise with our ads products, and drive forward-looking thinking and creative problem solving, with visibility at leadership levels across Product and other functions Maintain direct and active relationships with partner companies, and advise cross-functional teammates on how to approach external engagements Operate as part of small specialist teams that are spun up to tackle complex ad hoc issues as they arise Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: BA or BS Degree 8+ years of work experience in product/platform, partnership or technical experience in consumer technology and mobile focused companies, including 5+ years of partner facing experience Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Masters' Degree preferred Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment Product sense and understanding of product and technical matters Collaboration and relationship-building skills - with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Meta Experience with ads, privacy or other monetization related areas Experience in complex product strategy, bringing new products to market, and/or ads-related partnerships Public Compensation:$162,000/year to $227,000/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndustry: InternetEqual Opportunity:Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
