Send your resume to . salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Develop and execute paper supply planning strategies that align with core business objectives. Maintain complex capacity models to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Lead regular capacity reviews and scenario planning to proactively address potential production constraints. Convert demand forecasts into clear, actionable supply plans that ensure customer needs are met. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce carrying costs while maintaining high service reliability. Identify and manage risks associated with supply chain disruptions and market volatility. Drive continuous improvement projects by utilizing advanced analytics and specialized planning tools. Manage and mentor a team of production planners to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
