We are looking for a talented Senior Manager- Capital and Corporate Finance leader to join our team specializing in Finance for Atmus Filtration Technologies. LOCATION: Nashville TN, Hybrid - required to be in office 3 days per week. This role leads our Capital Finance Center of Excellence for the Enterprise, actively managing portfolio of capital investments to drive profitable growth. Manages small team of analysts. This role also includes controllership of our corporate segment for functional/SG&A cost centers. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Integrates capital planning with our overall financial strategy, including long-term forecasting, cash flow management, and alignment with operating budgets. Leads and develop processes to ensure robust NPV, IRR, Payback, and scenario analysis on key decisions. Presents investment recommendations to Executive Leadership Team Oversees the full lifecycle of capital projects, from initial planning and budgeting to monitoring expenditures during construction/implementation and post-project performance reviews. Controller for Corporate Segment / Functional cost centers including managing the IT software & investments portfolio Coaches and develops team of financial analysts Seeking a candidate with strong desire to drive innovation in core processes. QualificationsEducation/Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. MBA preferred but not required. Experience: 8+ years in finance, with significant progressive responsibility in FP&A, capital budgeting, investment analysis, or related areas Certifications: CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar designations are highly valued. Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting). Top 3 skills required for the role: Advanced Financial Modeling skills Forecasting/Budgeting Leadership/Cross-Functional Communication skills Base salary range: $132,176 to $146,861/year Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
