Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking a Project Manager in Carrollton, GA to oversee commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Impact • Drive project profitability through effective cost control and schedule management • Ensure quality installations by coordinating skilled trade teams and subcontractors • Build client relationships through responsive communication and problem-solving • Support company growth by delivering successful projects on time and on budget Responsibilities • Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from contract award to completion • Coordinate with estimating and operations teams during buyout and planning • Develop project schedules and manage manpower allocation • Review submittals, shop drawings, and change orders • Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate with general contractors • Track project costs and manage budget performance • Oversee field supervision and ensure quality workmanship • Communicate with clients on project status and resolve issues Requirements Must-Haves • 5+ years of mechanical project management experience • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems • Experience managing projects $2M+ in value • Proficiency with project management software • Excellent communication and leadership skills Nice-to-Haves • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management • Experience with design-build and GMP project delivery • Knowledge of BIM coordination and prefabrication methods • OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification Compensation & Logistics Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, company vehicle, and performance bonuses.
