Job Summary: The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for communicating quality policies and objectives to support overall healthcare compliance within the operation or department. This individual develops standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal stakeholders on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of quality documentation. The role also includes participating in internal, client, and agency audits, and managing follow-ups on audit findings. The QA Supervisor maintains up-to-date knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements and evaluates risks associated with the transportation of healthcare and food products. This position includes the supervision of QA specialists. Job Duties: Interface with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies. Maintain quality documentation and procedures Supervise and support team development Manage and implement quality system training programs Conduct and oversee internal and external audit programs Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Science preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish . Preferred knowledge in legal, regulatory, and compliance areas. Minimum of five years of quality assurance experience. Willingness to travel via air, public transportation, or rental vehicles. Additional Job Details: Overtime may be required. Potential exposure to extreme cold (freezer environment).
