Job Description

Entry/Mid Level We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting Buyers, making follow-up calls, building relationships with potential buyers, and improving our contract-to-close rate. Responsibilities: • Follow up with buyers via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified buyer leads • Gather information from prospective buyers and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the process to sell them a house. • Conduct walk-throughs with vetted buyers • Negotiate the best price and terms with buyers for company-owned properties • Use CRM to compile a list of all buyers to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Qualifications: • Winning attitude , eager to grow, and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Phone-based experience is a big plus (call centers, reception, front desk, etc.) • Strong communication skills — confident, engaging, and a great listener • Dependable and organized , with the ability to multitask under pressure • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (CRMs, docs, email, etc.) • Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants, hospitality, etc.) • Open to flexible scheduling when needed Compensation: $80,000 Base + Commission• Follow up with buyers via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified buyer leads • Gather information from prospective buyers and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the process to sell them a house. • Conduct walk-throughs with vetted buyers • Negotiate the best price and terms with buyers for company-owned properties • Use CRM to compile a list of all buyers to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Compensation: $80,000 per year
