Certified Nurse Midwife (Per Diem, Inpatient Only) - Temecula Valley OB/GYNLocation: Temecula, CA Schedule: Per Diem (Approx. 24 hours/week, 12-24-hour shifts) Setting: Inpatient - Labor & Delivery Join Our Team Temecula Valley OB/GYN is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dedicated inpatient team. This exciting hospital-based position focuses exclusively on providing high-quality intrapartum and postpartum care. You'll work in close collaboration with our physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care for women and their families. What You'll Do Provide inpatient midwifery services exclusively within the hospital setting (no clinic/outpatient work). Manage and support women through all stages of labor and delivery. Perform deliveries, immediate postpartum care, and newborn stabilization in collaboration with physicians. Partner with the inpatient care team to deliver seamless, family-centered care. Promote a safe and supportive birthing environment for patients and their families. What We're Looking For Active Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license in the State of California (required). California furnishing license and DEA (or ability to obtain). Master's degree in nursing or Midwifery. Current BLS and NRP certification. Minimum of 1 year of inpatient midwifery or significant L&D RN experience preferred. Commitment to providing high-quality hospital-based women's health care.
