We are currently seeking a Creative Arts Therapy Coordinator for Riveredge Hospital. The Creative Arts Therapy Coordinator reports to the Director of Therapeutic Services, the Creative Arts Therapy Coordinator assists in identifying and planning for adjunct programming to derive desired patient outcomes. In supervising the Creative Arts Therapists, the Coordinator assures that clinically sound programs are performed to adhere to Hospital policies, procedures, external regulatory/governmental agencies, and are age/population specific. In addition to supervisory responsibility, performs work of the Creative Arts Therapist. Represent the Department of Creative Arts Therapy to other departments within the Hospital and other external customer groups. Qualifications Master's in Counseling or Expressive Therapy. 3-5 years experience providing direct clinical care in a behavioral health setting. Some supervisory/process management experience preferred. Art Therapist Registered (ATR); or Dance Therapist Registered (DTR); or Drama Therapist Registered AND Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
