Description: TCS is currently looking for a Solutions Lead for Digital Thread / Product Lifecycle Management for the Medtech domain. As a Senior Consultant in PLM, Digital Thread and Digital Twin Strategy, this role will lead strategic engagements and advisory services with global clients across the Medtech industry covering , Patient monitoring, Therapeutic and diagnostic devices. Key objectives Contextualize existing offerings and solutions and develop new offerings and solutions for this market segment. Engage with customers to position these offerings and build mindshare Consolidate and grow the Medtech PLM/ Digital Thread services business Responsibilities: Define and drive enterprise-wide digital thread and twin strategies, enable connected digital enterprises through model-based systems engineering, cloud transformation, and intelligent automation in the Medtech Industry Consolidate existing TCS offerings & solutions and contextualize them for the industry market segment and develop new offerings & solutions as required. Manage the offering life cycle - conception, development, branding and positioning and continuous upgrade Build a short and long terms strategy for products and services for this space thus driving TCS to a leadership position Work closely with the Sales / Account and Presales teams to create and nurture new market opportunities Solution ownership for response to proposals and Proactive Build and Nurture relationships with key customer executives to position TCS solutions and our brand Qualifications: A sound understanding of the Medtech value chain covering the various processes including R&D, Product Development, product lifecycle Management and Manufacturing 10-15 years of combined domain and IT experience in global OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers (automotive, heavy engineering, asset-intensive sectors, etc). 5+ years in PLM strategy consulting, including business case development and agile roadmap execution. Proven experience in leading or contributing to enterprise-wide Digital Thread/Twin strategy, PLM initiatives. Strong exposure to MBSE, cloud transformation, and digital manufacturing. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks. Sound Experience with one or more PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA) and integration with IoT/ALM systems. Experience in Discreet and Process Manufacturing Business Processes, Technologies, Systems and Tools used for Engineering, Manufacturing and Maintenance functions of Enterprises in various industry domains Experience in Technology Sales management and large, multi-million dollars deals sales execution. Experience in creating, managing and supporting multi million (10Mn USD) business operations A good knowledge of products for various MedTech sub segments is a an added advantage Must have a strong industry standing Proven experience with building solutions. Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal stakeholders and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environment Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility and trust. Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills a must Education Requirements: Master's or Bachelor's degree from a leading college Location for the position: Flexible. Preferably (Cincinnati). Must be willing to travel Salary Range: $176,900-$217,000 a year #LI-AK1
