We’re partnering with a fast-growing dairy feed ingredient and additive supplier that is aggressively expanding its U.S. footprint - and they’re looking for a Dairy Technical Services Manager who thrives at the intersection of science, strategy, and customer relationships. About the Role: You won’t be siloed - you’ll be central to the business. Provide high-level technical support to dairy producers, nutritionists, and distributors Partner with sales representatives on customer visits and strategy Deliver engaging presentations to groups and industry audiences Contribute to research initiatives, trial design, and data interpretation Develop technical publications, training materials, and marketing content Serve as a subject matter expert on dairy feed ingredients and additives Help shape U.S. technical strategy during a major growth phase Qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, or related field Experience with a feed, nutrition, or ingredient company Strong understanding of dairy production systems and applied nutrition Proven ability to present technical information to producers and professional audiences Comfort with travel (~50%) and customer-facing engagement Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently from a home office $120,000-$130,000 base salary +20% performance bonus + Profit Sharing 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee) + 401K Retirement Plan If you are qualified and serious, please submit a resume or contact Chad Smith at 605-978-5433 or for more information on this position.
