Physical Therapist (PT) - Geriatrics Indian River County, FL A well-established non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Indian River County, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. About the Role This Physical Therapist will provide care to residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. The role offers a unique opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, slower-paced community environment. You will work in a state-of-the-art rehab gym on a large, beautifully maintained campus, treating a mix of short-term rehab and long-term care residents, including some with memory care needs.
