Requirements: Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy.In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boardsSNF/Long term care experience preferred.Current knowledge of treatment practicesKnowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
