Nurse Manager - White Plains, NYFull-Time | Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 6 AM-4 PM) Salary: $140K - $185K | Benefits: Full suite including retirement plan Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Radiology team, drive quality patient care, and support hospital strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and a commitment to staff development and patient safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage nursing staff, ensuring staffing aligns with patient needs and budget. Promote a culture of shared governance, evidence-based practice, and innovation. Oversee staff education, competency validation, and professional development. Monitor performance metrics, quality initiatives, and patient safety standards. Manage departmental budgets, productivity, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support Magnet® initiatives. Maintain regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys. Qualifications Current NYS RN License | BSN Required BLS Required; ACLS Preferred (or required if supervising certain staff) CNML Preferred (must obtain within 3 years if not already certified) Flu vaccination required (no exemptions) Strong leadership, communication, and management skills #HC123
