Project/Program Manager - Zero Trust

Title: Project/Program Manager - Zero TrustOnsite: Yes - 3 to 4 Days per Week Location: Phoenix, AZ Contact: Brian Merin; 215-913-8857; Summary: The ZT Program Manager is a critical role requiring a tenured and experienced proven Program level resource - preferably with Zero Trust or Network Security complex engagement experience. This role will represent at the program level a number of 2025, 2026 ZT themed projects as Cybersecurity transitions into year 3 of its ZT program. This role requires technical knowledge and agility in this space, proven ability to engage, communicate and collaborate with senior leadership, Program leads, project managers and SME the effectively manage the Program. This is a OCM role to support the Cybersecurity Zero Trust Program. This role requires a solid and well tenured, preferably OCM certified resource who can 'lead' in this professional capacity spanning leadership, program and SME level resources and team. Notable engagement areas of coverage include: Executive Communications & Alignment (materials, content, program integration, alignment methodologies) OCM Governance & Oversight Sponsor Coalition OCM Engagement Integration Zero Trust Program OCM Roadmap Execution Applicable Metric generation and distribution. Required Skills: • Demonstrate Program level Management- Communication and Dialogue • Explicitly has Zero Trust experience - Network Security background • Ability to navigate leadership of entire team • Ability to articulate and document from a Program level • Technologies: Zscaler, Network Security/ Cyber related • Certifications: PM related, PRSCI/ Change Management- Certs are great but experience ultimately will be critical • 10 Plus years at the Program level Contact: Brian Merin; 215-913-8857;
