We are deeply committed to health equity: 80% of our patients utilize Medicaid or state-funded sources. We serve the families who need us most.Compensation & Benefits We offer a transparent, experience-based pay scale: Starting Rate ( $68.97 per visit Senior Rate (15+ years experience): $83.60 per visit 1.25 x hourly rate for initial evaluations Sign-on bonus. Full-Time Benefits (Avg. 19+ visits/week):Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. IRA with employer match. Part-Time Status (Min. 10 visits/week): Flexible scheduling to balance work and life, must be at 19 or move visits/week to receive full benefits. Flexible scheduling - you make your own schedule. Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Provide skilled PT services to patients aged 0-20 in their natural environments (homes, daycares, or community). Early Intervention: Direct involvement with the Early Intervention Colorado Program, providing input for IFSPs and supporting families with children ages 0-3. Family Empowerment: Educate and coach caregivers on exercises and techniques to support their childs gross motor goals between sessions. Modern Documentation: Use InSync EMR for simplified, mobile-friendly documentation and scheduling-letting you focus more on the patient and less on the screen. Relationship Building: Create trusting, long-term partnerships with families to help children achieve their fullest potential. Potential supervision of PTA's. Qualifications Licensure: Current Colorado State Physical Therapist License (or eligible). Passion: A genuine heart for working with children and adolescents of varying abilities. Experience: Pediatric experience is preferred, but we value strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for family education and team collaboration. Compliance: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Boulder.
