Your Role Will Involve: Providing dedicated care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis. Supervising treatments, conducting thorough patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans. Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Educating nursing staff on care standards for hemodialysis patients and equipment. Qualifications Required: Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within 1 year of hire. CRRN certification preferred; we offer support to obtain it if needed. A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience. 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
