About the Role: The Administrative Assistant for Community Impact provides high-level support to the department's initiatives, partnerships, and programs. This role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient coordination of community-related activities, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting community-focused work. Position is Part-Time and is based in Las Vegas, NV. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for Community Impact leadership. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to community initiatives. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for department documents, reports, and partner materials. Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to support successful program execution. Community Partnerships & Program Coordination Assist in coordinating community events, outreach efforts, volunteer activities, and partnership meetings. Support preparation of presentations, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items. Maintain contact lists of community partners, nonprofit organizations, and key stakeholders. Help manage donation requests, sponsorship documentation, and partnership agreements. Data, Reporting & Compliance Assist with collecting and organizing data for impact reporting and executive updates. Maintain spreadsheets, tracking logs, and internal dashboards as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements. Communications & Relationship Support Draft basic correspondence, memos, and summaries related to community projects. Coordinate internal communication regarding community events, initiatives, and volunteer opportunities. Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for vendors, partners, and community organizations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit, community relations, or corporate social responsibility. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills Experience supporting community programs or partnerships. Familiarity with tracking tools, project management systems, or CRM software. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus (given community-facing nature). Working Conditions Mix of in-office, event-based, and possible hybrid/remote work depending on program needs.
