Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Community Mental Health Center) - Chicago, IL -- Loan Repayment through the NHSC! We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in a Community Based Mental Health Center in Chicago, IL. The Provider would work as a Case Manager for behavioral health and substance abuse. The ideal candidate would also have their certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CDAC) but that is not a requirement. The therapist would work providing counseling services and case management to a diverse set of patient including those suffering from Depression, ADHD, Substance Abuse and traumatic incidents. The clinic is open to the candidate working part-time 3 days per week minimum but would prefer a candidate that would work 4 to 5 days per week 40 hours. In order to receive benefits the candidate would have to work at least 30 hours per week. The Provider would receive a competitive salary of $60,000-$70,000 per annum (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, PTO, and CEU allowance. This location is a loan repayment eligible site through the NHSC and would provide $25,000 per year to the LCSW candidate's student loans (minimum of a 2 year commitment required in exchange for $50,000 in loan repayment). $1,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance available.
