Python Developer - Intermediate

Job Title: Python Developer - Intermediate. Location: Columbus, OH. Roles and Responsibilities: Independently design and deliver production software and AI solutions. Ownership, quality, delivery of features, components, and services. High cross-team collaboration. Independently writes, reviews, and debugs production-grade code. Designs and implements ML solutions. Production experience is desirable but not required. Participates in design discussions and enforces best practices. Solves complex, ambiguous problems. Collaborates across product, data, and infrastructure teams. Mentor's junior engineers with limited/indirect supervision. Technical and design decisions with ~5 years or equivalent depth of experience. Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, financial services.
