Physical Therapist (PT) - Remote with Regional Travel Clinical Oversight & PTA Supervision Pennsylvania | CarePath Injury Centers Remote-Based (Preferred base: Lansdale / Allentown area) Full-Time | Salaried | Exempt About CarePath Injury Centers CarePath Injury Centers is a growing medical-legal healthcare practice providing coordinated care for patients injured in motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injury cases. We operate multiple locations across Pennsylvania and utilize a PTA-driven clinical model supported by strong PT oversight, clear protocols, and integrated documentation. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to serve as a remote clinical lead overseeing Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) across multiple CarePath locations. This role is primarily remote but requires periodic in-person travel to train, onboard, and support PTAs at our clinics. The initial locations may include Lansdale, Carlisle, Reading, and Williamsport PA, with additional sites added over time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, clinically confident, comfortable supervising remotely, and able to hold themselves accountable to deadlines, documentation review, and communication standards. Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight & Plans of Care Create, review, and sign Plans of Care in EHR system Ensure treatment plans align with diagnosis, goals, and visit frequency Review PTA treatment documentation regularly and provide clinical guidance Update Plans of Care as patient status changes PTA Training & Supervision Conduct in-person onboarding and training for new PTAs at clinic locations Provide ongoing remote supervision via scheduled virtual meetings Offer clinical feedback, mentorship, and skill development Ensure PTAs are practicing within scope and CarePath standards Documentation & Systems Serve as provider of record for physical therapy services Maintain audit-ready documentation in RXNT Utilize Physitrack to create and manage home exercise programs Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant Communication & Accountability Maintain regular communication with PTAs and leadership Adhere to defined review cadences and documentation deadlines Participate in scheduled clinical meetings Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions Schedule & Travel Expectations Remote-based position Periodic regional travel required for training and oversight Travel primarily within Pennsylvania Ability to attend clinics in Lansdale, Carlisle, Williamsport, Reading, etc. as needed Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, ortho, or injury care preferred) Experience supervising PTAs strongly preferred Comfortable working remotely and independently Strong documentation and organizational skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally Medical-legal, PI, or WC experience is a plus but not required.
