Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)Pay: $33.60 - $46.10 per hour DOE Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday-Friday Industry: Dairy / Food Manufacturing Location: Kaukauna, WIWe are a growing dairy manufacturer with exciting projects ahead and are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. Compensation Hourly Pay: $33.60 - $46.10 (based on experience and technical skill level) Overtime: One weekend per month 12-hour days 1.5x pay on Saturday 2x pay on Sunday ? What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems (low and high voltage) Maintain and service gearboxes, pumps, cylinders, and conveyors Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Perform equipment rebuilds and new equipment installations Complete preventive maintenance tasks Accurately document work orders Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives What We're Looking ForRequired: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: Food or dairy manufacturing experience (especially for candidates targeting the higher end of the pay range) Culture & TeamCultural fit is very important to us.
