(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner - Olympia, WA-Locums | Locums to Permanent | Permanent (1+ year of Provider experience is required) We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (Locum Tenens| Locums to Permanent or Permanent) to work for a community based clinic in Longview, Washington. The Provider can elect to work locum tenens, locums to permanent or permanent The Provider would work 4|10s and see patients across the lifespan with patient volume of (20-25ppd). For permanent candidates the clinic offers competitive compensation ($110,000-$140,000 depending upon experience), full benefits including Medical, Dental, 401K with Matching Contribution, LTD, STD, Malpractice Coverage, PTO, Paid Holidays and good collaborative physician. This location also qualified for Federal Loan Repayment through the National Health Service Corp program. This would provide $25,000 per year paid to the candidate's student loans. Minimum of a two year commitment is required in exchange for $50,000. For locums candidates our firm offers an hourly rate of $90-$100 per hour with expedited credentialing, malpractice reimbursement paid on a 1099 basis. The practice is seeking experienced Providers only as the physician cannot train a new or recent graduate due to time constraints. The FNP would work in a Walk in Care Clinic that is doing respiratory care 10 hour days, rotating 4 on, 4 off, 7:30-5:30 p.m. Must be licensed in WA.
