If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and contributing to high-quality metal fabrication, this could be a great long-term fit.What You'll Do as a Brake Press Operator: Operate and set up Press Brake machines Follow company safety and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints for production requirements Use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools Lift materials up to 75 pounds as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What You Need to Bring to the Brake Press Operator Role: 1+ year of experience operating a press brake Previous sheet metal industry experience Ability to accurately use measuring tools (calipers, squares, protractors, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Must supply personal hand tools (Protractor, Square, Dial Caliper, Tape Measure, Scribe, Dead Blow Hammer) Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities for long-term employment through temp-to-hire roles.
