This role will be helping to scale up the Sterile Compounding area of the pharmacy and will have opportunity for growth long-term. You will lead sterile compounding activities, supervise and train staff, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting both day-to-day production and the development and scale-up of new compounded sterile preparations.Responsibilities Oversee sterile compounding operations within a modular cleanroom environment. Ensure compliance with USP , USP , and all applicable state and federal regulations. Lead sterile compounding activities and supervise staff. Train staff to uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards. Support day-to-day production and the development and scale-up of new compounded sterile preparations.
