Job Title- Mailroom processor Pay- $19/hr W2 Duration- 6 months contract Location- Scottsdale, AZ Shift Options (Please list desired shift on top of resume): Shift 1: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM Shift 2: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM Join theHealth corporate mailroom as a Mailroom Production Specialist, working in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment handling sensitive healthcare information. You'll operate high-volume digital printers and envelope inserter machines, manage mailroom logistics, and ensure timely and accurate output under strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Operate large production printers and high-speed inserter machines Verify and process print jobs based on documentation Perform folding, inserting, postage stamping, and mail prep Lift boxes of envelopes/paper weighing up to 50 lbs Remain on your feet for most of the shift Multitask and meet tight schedules with precision and urgency Top Skills Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong multitasking and organizational skills Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why Join Us: Be part of a vital healthcare support team where compassion meets professionalism.
