Labor & Delivery - Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Dickson, TN (Sign-on & Relocation is Negotiable) Job-type: Full-Time - Nights (Rotating Weekends - Every Other Weekend) Shift Differentials: Nights $3.50 | Weekends $6.00 Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during shifts. • Assist with efficient admission and discharge processes. • Monitor nursing care to uphold quality standards. • Implement strategies to enhance staff and patient experiences. • Recommend hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for staff. • Help with staff scheduling and manage labor resources based on patient needs. • Ensure inventory control and manage supplies. • Act as Charge Nurse and Assistant Nurse Manager overnight. • Capable of delivering babies and assisting in the operating room. Requirements: • RN license (current and active) • Associate Degree in Nursing is required (BSN preferred) • 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required • Previous leadership experience in Women's Services, L&D, NICU, or Mother-Baby Units required. • BLS & ACLS (within 30 days of hire) Benefits: All standard benefits are covered.
