Are you ready to lead and innovate in financial reporting? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and enhance their financial reporting functions. This full-time position involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and optimizing financial systems for accuracy and efficiency. Administer and streamline financial information systems, with a focus on data integrity and security. Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports and analyses to leadership. Develop and implement forecasting models and costing tools to drive growth and profitability. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing accuracy and productivity. Serve as the subject matter expert for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, identifying opportunities for process optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong follow-through. Proven track record in process improvement and results achievement. Proficiency in computer skills, with experience in QuickBooks Enterprise highly desirable.
