We're seeking a Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at our Annapolis location. This pivotal role involves various responsibilities, which includes performing ultrasound examinations, ensuring high-quality images, accurate positioning, patient comfort, and effective communication of findings to interpreting physicians. The schedule for this position would be 3-days, 10-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Ultrasound or Sonography program and be registered by the ARDMS. Ability to work independently with very little supervision and exercise sound judgment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and preventative measures (HIPAA confidentiality, infection spread, etc.) Has working knowledge of anatomy and physiology as demonstrated in resulting images. Thoroughly understands views and settings necessary to acquire a diagnostic exam. As part of our operational needs, all positions may require occasional coverage at other locations within the region. Applicants should have reliable transportation and be comfortable with commuting to additional locations when necessary, sometimes with short notice.
