What You'll Do: As a vital member of the Edustaff Spotlight team, you will: Conduct comprehensive, in-person psychoeducational evaluations to assess students' cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional functioning. Support the development and implementation of IEPs, providing insights into students' learning needs and mental health. Provide direct services such as counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support to students across grade levels. Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and well-being. Consult on classroom strategies and interventions to promote positive behavior and effective learning environments. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEPs and Student Support Team (SST) discussions. Monitor student progress and adjust services based on individual needs and outcomes. Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with school and district policies. Stay current on best practices in school psychology, professional ethics, and legal guidelines (e.g., IDEA, FERPA).
