Our field technicians are the hands of our company, working together to provide expert-level safety, comfort, and health in your home and our local community Responsibilities: Our Installation Technician has the following responsibilities and duties: Perform maintenance on heating and cooling systems and products Use technological assets to effectively communicate with customers and the office Represent our company in a positive light by driving responsibly and taking care of the company vehicle Be able to effectively communicate and offer products that would enhance the customer's safety, comfort & health Work with your team to achieve department goals Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment by treating all with respect and practicing effective communication Must possess a can-do, hard-working, in it to win it attitude. Must have the ability to take personal responsibility to improve as a person and employee. Willing to adapt to our way and systems for providing a red-carpet level of service Requirements: Our Maintenance Technician should have the following skills, education, and experience: Must possess a mostly positive outlook and be committed to serving our customers to their best ability HVAC certificate or degree and 2 years of HVAC experience Ability to climb in and out of vans and travel staircases, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the hot and cold Michigan weather.
