Job Description MAGEN Internship Program Description Mission MAGEN's mission is to build a behavioral-topology identity engine that keeps humans safe online by making verification effortless for people and nearly impossible for bots. Interns play a direct role in shaping the next generation of AI-native identity verification and anti-agentic security. About MAGEN MAGEN ("Make the Internet Human Again") replaces traditional CAPTCHAs with a behavioral cryptographic layer that detects bots by how they move, not what they look like. We combine randomized tetrahedral rendering, agentic honeypots, and persistent homology to create a security system that is lightweight, unobtrusive, and extremely difficult to spoof. Intern Roles 1. Engineering Intern (Security & AI Systems) - Build and test honeypot infrastructure for capturing behavioral sessions - Develop lightweight agent-detection prototypes - Work with real-time telemetry and behavioral data pipelines - Contribute to randomized rendering algorithms and topology-based detection 2. Research Intern (AI Safety & Topology) - Study adversarial agent behavior and map movement signatures - Explore persistent homology and geometric methods for identity verification - Assist with patent background research and novelty documentation - Support model evaluation, dataset refinement, and safety frameworks 3. Red-Team Intern (Adversarial Testing) - Attempt to break MAGEN systems using automation tools - Test Selenium, Puppeteer, and stealth frameworks against MAGEN defenses - Provide reports on bypass attempts and suggest mitigation strategies - Participate in simulation environments and bot battlegrounds 4. Design Intern (UX, Visualization, & Storytelling) - Create intuitive human-first verification experiences - Work with MAGEN's visual language-tetrahedra, topology, motion - Produce visuals for investor decks, demos, and educational workshops - Collaborate on the narrative of human identity in the age of agents What Interns Will Learn - Real-world cybersecurity engineering - Behavioral data modeling & motion analysis - AI safety, adversarial testing, and identity security - Startup product development and rapid prototyping - Patent research, documentation, and founder storytelling - How to build for humans while defending against automation Who We're Looking For - Curious builders and researchers who want hands-on experience - Students passionate about AI, cybersecurity, topology, or ethical tech - People who thrive in experimental, fast-paced environments - Individuals excited to help build the future of internet trust Location & Compensation Remote or San Antonio-based. Stipend-based or for-credit depending on role and availability.
