Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking a skilled RDM Developer to design, develop, and support Reference Data Management solutions that ensure high-quality, consistent, and governed reference data across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, data governance, and technical teams to implement scalable RDM solutions aligned with organizational data standards. Responsibilities: • Design and maintain reference data models and hierarchies • Configure RDM tools and workflows • Integrate RDM with source and downstream systems • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance compliance • Support testing, deployment, and production issues • Skills: • Experience with RDM/MDM tools (e.g., Informatica RDM) • Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge • Understanding of data governance and data quality • Good communication and problem-solving skills # LI-RJ2 Salary Range - $100,000-$140,000 a year
