As we add HVAC services to our offerings, we're looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technician who wants to join a winning team. If you take pride in your craft, communicate clearly, and want to grow with a company that values its people, What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems (residential & light commercial). Perform seasonal tune-ups, inspections, and system evaluations. Present repair options in a clear, honest, customer-friendly way. Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles. Complete job notes, checklists, and photos using ServiceTitan. Build trust with customers through professionalism, communication, and high-quality work. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure top-tier service delivery. What We're Looking For3+ years of HVAC experience (repairs, diagnostics, installs, maintenance). EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (but not required).
